In-room exams; client communication and education; blood draws; in-house labs including fecal floats/direct/smears, ear swabs, and urinalysis; administer vaccines or other injections directed by the veterinarian; bandaging; nail trims; deep and routine ear cleanings; invoicing; discussing treatment plans with owners; placing of catheters; induce and intubate for surgery; monitoring anesthesia; monitoring sedated pets for grooming or medical services; dental cleaning; dental radiographs; responsible for logging and inventory of controlled substances; weekly order; drug calculations.

• Additional duties included assisting with orthopedic surgeries, including TPLO and fracture repairs
• Simple tooth extractions
