• Achieved four-star PSMS scores for patient satisfaction with a score of 73.4% YTD in 2010. Survey measure of nursing communication was 83% YTD and discharge information was 83%.
• Chaired the In-patient satisfaction committee at Hahnemann University Hospital from 2008-2010

• Successfully opened Women’s Health Unit in February 2006 and opened the Progressive Care Unit in November of 2008. Lead team as project manager for both projects.
