  • Worked with corporate lawyers to establish written policies and procedures that were HIPAA compliant for: ROI, patient identification, wrote the language of the ROI Authorization form
  • Advised legal team when HIPAA laws were less protective than policies and procedures we currently had in place and that the hospital rules would be more protective of patient confidentiality and therefore would supersede HIPAA rules
