  • Produce and distribute comprehensive end-of-day reports and call bell analyses, informing leadership (DON, ADON, Administrator, etc.) of key activity, service delivery metrics, and outstanding tasks. Maintain accurate records to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Manage package delivery and promote activity participation, ensuring timely communication and resource allocation. Contribute to resident satisfaction initiatives by facilitating event attendance and sharing activity calendars.
