Cleaning up the Modisoft due to incorrect amounts, retail, and products names.

Contacting Managers at the stores to get correct Retail for products. Contacting company's to find the correct UPC's to enter.


  • Entered receipts charged from 10 different credit cards into Quickbooks for 3 different Konnect company's each month.

Collected all receipts from the employees using credit cards. Separated and attached the receipts to correct bank statements.

Made sure to have all receipts. Contact employees if missing receipts.


  • Enter Daily sales into Quickbooks

Double checking through out month if Daily Sales changed due to employee entering late.


  • Enter Payroll into Quickbooks to help the Accountant.

  • Managed all bill payments for 35 elderly residents monthly, working one on one in all levels of the Facility (residential, assisted, and skilled).
  • Answer phone and return calls.
  • Working with Residents Relatives, Lawyers, Insurance Company's, Social Security Dept., and CPA's.
  • Setting up meetings for residents with lawyers for Power of Attorney papers, and updating Wills.
  • Working with CPA's to have residence taxes completed. Adding up donations and medical expenses and collecting all paperwork for taxes that come in the mail.
  • Working with our billing specialist for residence who needed Medicaid. Calling the social security dept. send in paperwork needed.
  • Maintaining The Resident Trust Account, (checking account) for residents in the nursing home. Giving cash to residence when they need it out of there account. Buying clothes or other items they may need, keeping a record of all transactions. Balancing the bank statement to books and to the computer vision software we used at Covenant Living. Sent balanced statement to corporate monthly.
  • Scheduled quarterly presentations for new residence moving into Covenant Living of Cromwell to explain the role of the Financial Facilitator and how my services could be of help to them.
