  • Other responsibilities: Created and kept thorough records of our truck and driver information, such as mileage for each truck on each delivery and daily fuel prices to be able to better project our deliver fees with the increasing inflation
  • Collected, verified, and scanned all driver trip sheets to make sure our delivers are correct
  • These driver sheets are also used to track the delivery of our chemicals, such as Sodium Hypochlorite
  • This is regulated by the EPA and needs to be tracked by the unit which I do on another spreadsheet that is updated and fixed when I started
  • All monthly and quarterly tax files such as Sales Tax and Withholding Tax using E-Tides
  • Update all pesticide, chemical, and all other necessary regulations and licenses we need to conduct business with these chemicals
