Greet students, staff, faculty and outside guests with genuine warmth. Answer incoming phone inquiries professionally and deliver messages in a timely manner.


Interact with students on a daily basis to assist with planning events, ordering supplies, reserving transportation, reimbursing expenditures and encouraging new and exciting programs.


Monitor use, storage and upkeep of departmental equipment including yard games, golf cart, and helium tanks.


Reserve hundreds of vans throughout the year for student organizations, departmental trips, and staff outings. Daily contact with Public Safety to ensure the students are abiding by University guidelines and policies, and to update ever-changing demands for said vans.


Utilize Banner to input staff vacation/sick leave, research student records, and verify pertinent information.


Oversee hiring and scheduling of work-study students, supervise their daily workflow, and administer payroll through Novasis.


Order supplies for office, administer payments to vendors through Concur, oversee Petty Cash distributions,


Maintain highest ProCard balance in office and rectify charges each month in a timely and efficient manner.

Oversaw the RA staff budgets throughout the year, and reimbursed them for any expenditures associated with their positions.


Planned and executed the two annual appreciation dinners for the RA staff, including transportation, catering, venue choice, and menu.

Accomplishments

    I initiated and oversee the Golden Wildcats, an over-50 ERG (Employee Resource Group) of both active and retired Villanova employees who enjoy spending time together with like minded and aged individuals. We socialize, invite speakers to present on pertinent issues, throw parties and take trips together.


    I have been the Philadelphia affiliate of I Support the Girls for five years, collecting and distributing bras and feminine hygiene products for women and girls in need.
