All aspects of cardiopulmonary bypass, autologous blood processing, EPIC perfusion record, TAVR, Lead extraction standby, EPOC, TEG and Hemochron POC testing.

• Responsibilities include collaboration with other CVOR team members and departments to solve issues and improve patient care on daily basis and manage any patient safety issues.
• Oversee all daily procedures and address any issues.
• All scheduling and staffing for hospital based Perfusion staff and locums.
• Developed new employee orientation manual, preceptor training for new staff.
• Departmental charge entry and reconciliation in EPIC.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating policy and procedures, competencies and quality assurance.
• On call and daily OR responsibilities
