Advise Prosecuting Attorney on office-wide policies, procedures, budget, hiring, and disciplinary matters.

Advise all statutory clients, including all Hamilton County elected officials, courts, townships, agencies and departments, on all issues arising under Federal, State and local laws.

Chief advisor to all statutory clients regarding personnel issues arising under all Federal, State and local laws, including but not limited to: Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, O.R.C. Chapter 4112, and the State of Ohio Civil Service Law.

Chief of Civil Division - assign work to and supervise performance of 18 attorneys and support staff.

Supervise Family Law Division and Environmental Law Division.

Mentor junior attorneys, sharing expertise in litigation, role of advisor, and in writing official opinions to clients.

Advised statutory clients on personnel issues arising under Federal, State, and local laws, including but not limited to: Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, State of Ohio Civil Service Act, and O.R.C. Chapter 4112. Defended statutory clients in the Southern District of Ohio, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Court of Common Pleas against claims of discrimination and retaliation brought under all federal and state laws. Represented statutory clients in civil service appeals before the State of Ohio State Personnel Board of Review and appeals to the Court of Common Pleas.

Performed all human resource functions for Court of Common Pleas and Municipal Court, including the Probation Department, including but not limited to: creating and amending policies; spearheading recruitment, hiring, and evaluation programs; advising supervisors regarding disciplinary matters; advising the Court Administrator, Judges, and supervisors regarding personnel matters arising under all Federal, State, and local laws including but not limited to Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, O.R.C. Chapter 4112, and the Ohio Civil Service Law.
