Summary

I have worked in the Product Info/Photo Coordinator position for 15+ years and wish to further my knowledge of the interworking’s of the backend systems of our company. I have previous knowledge or working the “R” desk in Kentucky where I helped build out the first framework for networking between Vegas & the Kentucky FC. I view constant change as a challenge and will never shy away from any projects or deadlines sent my way.

I have relocated twice for my job with Zappos, as this company is worth the decision to change living environments to keep learning and loving my job.

I find that the backend operations side of the photo studio has always interested me in learning how to create better processes and more accurate knowledge for our customers. My attention to the details keeps the product visible with more information for the customer.

I acam be a highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills.

  • Prepped product for photographers, making sure everything was correct color/style/name/size.
  • Also did information for product, Country of Origin, Materials, Cleaning and additional call outs for the customer. I was their eyes on what the image didn’t necessarily show.
  • Along this time, we started adding apparel and other categories to the site so we had to learn what was needed with these and how to prep, info and re-package if possible, for re-sale.

  • Handling the return of product from customers, deciding on whether the item was in re-sellable condition and could be returned to inventory or deemed used/dirty and sent to the outlet store.
  • During my time in returns I also helped create and monitor the reference/problem desk between Kentucky and Nevada. We handled no info returns, extra items returned (i.e.: keys, personal items etc.) and requests to check and corroborate correct info on shoes (heel height, shaft size, color in general and material types, lace or faux etc.)
  • Cross trained in all departments in the fulfillment center: Unloading Trucks, Receiving, Put-away, General picking & Packing, Resource Desk for special pick orders (TV show orders, VIP tickets, escalation items) Handled the knowledge desk during shift – which was picking a item to double check return issues (color was wrong, incorrect information on Site) to prevent further returns. Also did special requests for VIP customers, Finding special measurements, decorating shipping box for special occasions or adding a written note from the customer to the receiver of product
