• Preceptor Committee- Helping update and change Vanderbilt's Nurse Residency Program to help new nurses transition from students to professional nurses

Pediatric Surgery, Trauma, Transplant and Adolescent Medicine Unit

• Provided immediate and constructive feedback to students individually and as group.
• Provide clinical instruction to 6 pediatric students in clinical settings on surgery, trauma, transplant unit and discussion patient diagnosis and other related topics.

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

• Assist nurses with infant feedings, daily cares of babies, patient transport, setting up rooms with emergency equipment
• Patient Service Coordinator (PSC)- Provides unit support and performs clerical functions such as patient admissions and discharges, transfer patients into computer system and print chart paperwork, and help with all visitor information

Mother Baby Unit

• Work closely in a inter professional environment with all medical providers, assist bedside nurses to perform clinical nursing skills in a evidence-based, knowledge driven environment
• Provide test for new born babies such as Critical Congenital heart disease (CCHD), Room Air Challenge (RASP), Car Seat test and heel sticks for Phenylketonuria (PKU), blood glucose, whole blood, and bilirubin lab draws

• Former ski race Athlete
• Recruited, organized and managed program coaching staff. Coordinated team travel to alpine racing events and other local, regional and national alpine competitions.
• Conducted video analysis sessions with athlete goal setting meetings on regular basis
• Increased athlete strength and conditioning on and off the ski hill, in season and off season training to prevent injuries
