I was not employed by the state, nor do I have any type of medical license. I delivered consistent assistance from sunrise to sunset over an eight-month period to ensure the well-being of my elderly family member.

• Checked vital signs every morning, such as blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature, and pulse rate.
• I planned and prepared healthy meals and snacks for my patient, and I provided assistance with eating when needed.
• I engaged frequently with my patient to provide emotional and mental support.
• I drove my patient to the doctors' appointments, and at times, went on a simple car ride.

• Recorded customers' orders and repeated them back to minimize errors.
• I took customers' payments efficiently and provided change if needed.
• Packaged food into bags and drinks into carriers for to-go orders.
• Promptly report customer complaints to management.
• Restocked the self-serve area with napkins, utensils, and condiments. Emptied the trash, and wiped down the tables.
• I found extra tasks to do when my scheduled responsibilities were completed.
