I worked for AVCMH in a consumer owned home. The three clients I provided in-home care for owned the home jointly and contracted with AVCMH for residential, nursing, social work and other services. I worked for Listening Ear in a medically fragile adult foster care home. I worked a variety of shifts, mostly afternoons but occasional midnights and days. After the fist year I was full-time but worked overtime more often than not. Some of my duties were as follows:
