As an experienced mother baby, labor and delivery and special care nursery RN with over 27 years of clinical hospital experience, I would like to take the next step in a role with more leadership. The fact that I still work in all three areas of women and infant services, I think I will be a tremendous asset in the collaborating of all three departments to provide high quality, holistic care while maximizing productivity.
