• Primary IT Project Manager for all North America clients onboarding projects. Selected IT member of "Capture Team" group.
• Develop project plans, manage teams and performance through software development life cycles (SDLC). Report to Executive Leadership on progress and influence positive outcomes for key stakeholders.
• Manage complex integrations using integrated messaging methods feeding into Enterprise (SAP6) requirements & including support for customer specified reporting and outputs.

• Managed IT project requirements from initial project scope for approval through implementation and budget tracking. Created requirements matrix tracker and prime contributor to overall IT process for onboarding.
• Provided Executive Staff updates on timelines, project budget and risk analysis.
• Project Manager for global testing for our first SAP Data Center outsourcing and conversion to cloud.

• Operations Project Manager for global Euro conversion.
• Business Project Manager for large OEM EDI/SAP system integration requiring changes to their processes.
• IT Project Manager: Implemented six (6) “Virtual Fulfillment” centers over 3-month period. .

• Upgraded six global sites (SAP 2.2 to 4.5) before Y2K using SAP ASAP methodology.
• Directed global meetings for 50 users worldwide.
• Supervised creation of 100+ instructional documents.
• Developed Super User training groups at each site, utilizing virtual classroom training.
• Converted four legacy system sites, including foreign country regulatory requirements. Transferred legacy data, trained, and coordinated implementation.
• Hired and supervised outside consultant to train Taiwan site in native language.

• Created a Vendor Handbook to standardize information and requirements to new and existing vendor base.
• Worked with company and customer to create a cost sharing agreement where for 'x' months of time, 100% cost savings achieved through our negotiation with the supply base, followed by sharing 50%/50% for next 'x' months, thereafter 100% went to customer.
• Generated $1,000,000 million in cost savings to bottom line net profit.
