  • During my 33 years with JCPenney, I assumed 13 different positions starting as a part-time selling associate and ending as a District Manager.
  • I started as an hourly associate responsible for myself, and retired as a full time management executive with an estimated 3,500 associates in my charge.
  • Positions held included selling associate, Data Entry Specialist, Merchandise Manager, Personnel Manager, District and Regional Personnel, Store Manager, Home Office Stores Coordination, and District Manager.
  • I led and collaborated with my Teams to improve their personal and team performance, built for continued and future success through the implementation of succession planning by training and developing associates into position of leadership, and focused on supporting associates to achieve their maximum potential.
