Put together a slide show of an expedition in Peru and presented to several audiences ranging from about 25 - 75 people.


There was enough interest in the the scheduled presentation at The Brighton Institute that we opened two more in SLC, Ut.


We were invited to present at a senior community in Palo Alto, Ca. Audience members consisted of several people of interest including a retired Sierra Club member and Professors from Stanford University.

Outdoor Resume


Extensive time spent in the mountains and deserts of Utah and Colorado. Backpacking, climbing, mountain biking, hiking and backcountry skiing.


Wind River Range, Wy - multiple 100 mile backpack trips guiding small groups through challenging terrain. Trip planning, providing gear lists, freeze drying meals and packing measured portions for all meals for the group (usually 10 - 12 day trips),


John Muir Trail - Sierras 2016 - completed 100 miles


Cordillera Huayhuash 2017 - unguided 100 mile backpack trip with my partner and 17 yr. old son.

Freeze-dried all our meals for the entire trip and all navigation and planning done with out guides or support.


Spring 2024 - Wilderness First Responder certified through NOLS
