Summary

With a proven track record at CVS Caremark, I excel in escalated call management and problem-solving, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Expertise in multitasking and reliability, combined with a knack for complex problem resolution, has consistently driven positive outcomes and enhanced team productivity. I will research first before acting or asking, have learned more by researching and finding the information for myself than asking.

Since starting with Caremark have always been working for members. I can hear and understand frustration with whatever issues they may be having. At the same time I ensure that I am following the client's guidelines per the plan. A dedicated employee who strives to do any job to the best of my abilities, including collaborating with other departments to find the cause of the problem, and keep the member informed on the steps being taken to resolve the issue, or provide an alternate route.

I work great with people, who works great with others as a team, or on my own. Have worked in several different fields, most involve costumer service in some aspect, but also involved paperwork, counting, audits, several different types of computer systems thru the years, which are always changing. Good at multitasking, and always wanting to learn new things, or new ways of doing things that I already do, am open for suggestions of any kind, good or bad. I do not get upset over criticism, feedback, good or bad, there is always an opportunity to learn what not to do, or how to improve on something already done. Quick learner, and if I have a question, will never hesitate to ask.

Work with Outlook, CAS, AS400, Salesforce, Word, Excel, Five 9, had 3 years experience with Avaya, Verint, previously BA, Microsoft Teams.
