• Performs comprehensive nursing evaluations, initiates plan of care and educate caregivers

• Served as Patient Care Manager supervising a team of 12 until I received my RN license and became RN Supervisor.
• Onboarded new employees through orientation meetings and training sessions.
• Established and maintained effective communication with staff, physicians, and community organizations to promote high-quality patient care.
