• Managed the South Carolina Teacher of the Year (TOY) program, awarding over $155,000 in prizes.
• Served as the key liaison between the agency and government bodies, managing state and federal teacher student loan forgiveness and housing initiatives for South Carolina educators.
• Prepared and presented the critical needs subject and geographical areas for state and federal loan forgiveness to the State Board of Education for approval.
• Developed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with international governments to facilitate international teacher exchange programs.
