I handled marketing, customer acquisition and customer care for an all natural facial hair company. I implemented a strategic approach for men's facial hair where we included women in our ad campaign. The logic behind including women was to include all possible shoppers instead of 50% which increased our sales and our brand awareness. I surveyed clientele in order to deliver products that were conducive to their needs. I partnered with a team who decided on new inventory and the development of future products.

My responsibilities as manager and promotions coordinator consisted of marketing for events on social media and print. I organized design layout and operations for events. I would oversee the event, monitoring guests and employees.
