• Managed caseload of 6 patients simultaneously by providing individualized bedside nursing care, treatments, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and discharge planning.

• Manage emergency situations efficiently by initiating appropriate resuscitation measures for critically ill infants requiring stabilization or transfer to higher level of care facilities.
• Provide exceptional care for critically ill neonates in a Level II SCN setting.
• Provide care to premature infants requiring respiratory support, IV therapy, and enteral and TPN feedings.
• Skilled and experienced in the care for infants suffering from Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome.
• Promote family-centered care, involving parents in the decision-making process and educating them about their infant's condition.
• Prepare patients for discharge by providing thorough education on self-care, infant care, and follow-up appointments.
