Since 2023, I have been Store Lead of Lumberton #1155. Coming into this role during 3rd quarter lent itself to some unique challenges for a new Store Lead, learning quickly how a stores demographic affects the ebb's and flows of business. I brought with me a new insight Often collaborating with Coaches and Team Leads on strategic planning initiatives, contributing to overall store success. Operating with a total store mindset driving sales and leveraging wages.

I am a spirited Store Lead committed to inspiring personal drive and self-confidence through motivational training and skills development. I employ example-based instruction style to build trust as a hands-on leader and guarantee success of activities. I believe in open, constructive communication between Associates, Team Leads and Coaches to set clear goals and build a vision of excellence.
