CONSULTATION

• Inspect properties prior to staging to identify any repairs needed, or areas of improvement.
• Choose color schemes, flooring options, and window treatments as needed.
• Responsible for decluttering, organizing, rearranging existing furniture, and decorating spaces to create a warm, inviting environment.
• Select furniture, light fixtures, and accessories to create unique and inviting rooms to meet the customer's vision.
• Provide ongoing support to clients by offering advice on how they can improve their own home stagings.
• Work closely with real estate agents throughout the staging process to ensure satisfaction from all parties involved.
• Manage time effectively to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, and deadlines are met.
• Following the consultation, we provide a full write-up of everything that was discussed.

PARTIAL STAGING

• Using the client's existing furniture, I bring in accessories such as lamps, rugs, throw pillows, artwork, and more to enhance the look of the room.

FULL STAGING

• I bring in all the furnishings, such as the dining room table and chairs, sofas, coffee tables, artwork, and more.
