• Utilized live mouse models and primary cell cultures to Investigate the effects of APOBEC-1 enzyme on the progression of viral disease and downstream neurodegenerative effects.
• Highly fluorescent voltage-sensitive molecular probes for studying cell membrane dynamics
• Designed and synthesized three novel fluorescent small molecules for biosensing applications.
• Employed analysis techniques to quantify quantum yield, fluorescent lifetime, stoke shift and cytotoxicity.
