  • Liaise with external Tax Provider, McDonald's Equity, and global Payroll teams to ensure appropriate hypothetical tax withholding rates are determined, communicated, and implemented on salary, annual bonuses, long-term incentive payments, ad-hoc lump-sum payments, etc.
