Aspiring biomedical engineering student at Purdue University with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and accessibility/representation in tech design. I am seeking opportunities in medical device research, and I am eager to jump into the process of product development. I love dissecting problems, working alongside challenges, and creating products that have an impact. To do so, I focus on studying customer contexts, building trusting relationships within the team and customer interactions, and implementing adaptability to develop my own technical performance.

Engineering Projects in Community Service, Assistive Technology Team: Hippotherapy -

 Project Archivist,  2025 

• Collaborate with EPICS team to create a mechanical horse simulating realistic horse movement to serve as alternative hippotherapy option for a non-profit equine therapy organization in the Indiana area.
• Carefully monitor and establish team's weekly goals/progress while communicating closely with team's project partner to ensure team reaches specification goals and guidelines.

American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Biomechanics, 2025

• Working with mechanical and electrical team to design, create, and test a prosthetic arm from scratch.
• Prototyped ECG circuitry that implemented a notch filter, an instrumentation amplifier, and a low pass filter to activate finger movement in our prosthetic

Belles Lettres Literature and Art Magazine - Reader, Art Editor, Website Manager, 2021-2025

• Oversee and advise the design and completion of the publication's website. Lead discussions regarding acceptances and rejections of art submissions; manage a staff of 8 people.
• Assist in designing, proofing, and revising 180+ magazine pages.
• Encourage and represent student artists and writers through managing interviews, showcases, and contests.

• Department Science Award, 2025 - Highest academic subject award awarded by faculty to one graduating senior who demonstrates unwavering passion, potential, and excellence in the science department.
• University of Rochester Bausch & Lomb Honorary Science Book Award, 2024 - Awarded by faculty to one junior who has demonstrated high achievement and rigor in science classes. Winners are recognized for their outstanding performance in science and exceptional promise in the field.
