Summary

I have worked at ElkMeadows off and on for the last 16 years. I know everything there is to know about the building along with every nurse, aid and physical therapist that come through the building. I respect everyone of them and they respect me but more importantly, I have taken the time to get to know every resident in ElkMeadows and I have made sure they knew me and that they could trust and rely on me. They come to me with their problems because I am the one that fixes it. I have been that person for the last three years. I was there at the beginning of ElkMeadows . We had a waiting list a mile long for residence wanting to get in and I truly believe that I can get ElkMeadows back to its full potential because I am loyal, dependable, reliable and you won’t find a harder worker than me or somebody with more dedication. When a nurse from an agency comes to ElkMeadows they have always come to find me and tell me the residence treatment plan and what ElkMeadows needs to do for the resident and I communicate with them letting them know where the resident is at with their treatment plan and then we strategize together on what needs to be done and how we can improve things for that residence that is one reason I am so confident that I would be a great fill for this position. Please give me the opportunity to show and to prove to you just how much these residents mean to me I want to help ElkMeadows succeed and bring it back to its full potential. To make ElkMeadows, families first choice for their loved one not their last and giving those residents everything they need and deserve.
