• Develop, implement and monitor fundraising strategy that secures and expands revenue for IMPOWER's sustainability and growth while cultivating and stewarding new donors and volunteers.
• Oversee development, implementation and monitoring of annual marketing plan and campaigns
• Coordinate annual and special needs campaigns including Back to School and Holiday Heroes to raise funds and provide tangible needs for clients.

• Coordinates agency's moves management program.
• Oversees Development and Community Engagement teams, providing leadership and guidance, helping them actively contribute to department goals and activities.
• Creates detailed event timelines with clear, measurable, and attainable goals and deadlines for signature fundraising events (Hearts of Gold and Doug Spencer Golf Challenge). Works closely with Event Committees on logistics and timelines.
• Manages contract and relationship with auction and revenue enhancer software (OneCause).
• Oversees solicitation and tracking of all auction items for events.
• Responsible for overseeing database management, website updates, volunteer scheduling (individuals and groups), and email correspondence for general inquiries.

• Event lead for signature fundraising black-tie gala that brought in more than $100,000 annually.
• Responsible for annual family campaign, GIFTs for Girls, which raised over $39,000 in 2013.
• Provided support to Chief Development Officer and worked closely with the Development Committee.
• Responsible for data entry and maintenance in DonorPerfect database.

• Point person for Box Office and patron database.
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the annual United Arts fundraising campaign ($145,000 goal for 2012).
• Maintains correspondence with current and prospective donors.
• Advised on communication strategies for direct mail and e-mail newsletters.
• Liaison for outside event vendors and volunteers.

• Managed development database, Donor2, to maintain accurate financial information by entering monetary donations on weekly basis.
• Responsible for logistics and planning of annual fundraising event as well as co-managed award-winning back-to-school fundraiser, PUSH, which raised over $115,000 in 2020.
• Provided support to Development Committee members and assisted with Board of Directors manuals, retreats, meeting packets, and minutes.
