During this period, Airman Marshall provided command and control during one hundred and fifty three alarm activations and communication failures. She focused response patrols to the affected areas and identified alarm causation, ultimately restoring full mission capability to six hundred and forty two critical facilities. Additionally, Airman Marshall showcased superior job knowledge by achieving a 95 percent on two duty position evaluations. Her expertise enabled her in the leading of five hundred and forty hours of training on alarm monitor duties, securing a 100 percent pass rate and earning her team four Exceptionally Well Qualified ratings. Furthermore, Airman Marshall responded to two domestic violence cases, six assaults and four drivers under the influence incidents. Her swift law enforcement actions restored order and prevented mission degradation. Finally, Airman Marshall’s profound commitment to duty culminated in her team receiving Flight of the Quarter and her unit being tabbed 2020 Pacific Air Forces Best Large Security Forces Unit. Staff Sergeant Katie M. Puckett distinguished herself by meritorious service as a member of the Commander's Action Group, 72d Air Base Wing, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. During this period, Sergeant Puckett managed the Security Forces Squadron Commander's unit training program for 420 defenders, leading quarterly safety training classes for 183 personnel and increasing Security Forces' safety compliance to 96 percent. Additionally, she used her certification in safety training to equip 142 agency partners with the skills and knowledge necessary to support a collegiate basketball tournament, resulting in the successful safeguarding of 115K patrons. Furthermore, Sergeant Puckett was By-name-requested as the Command Chief’s executive assistant for 92 days supporting over 27,000 personnel assigned to the Air Force Sustainment Center headquarters, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex and more than 45 associate units assigned to six major commands. Finally, through careful planning, she successfully oversaw the Project X beta test, collecting 12 volunteers and ordering 50 supplies for four obstacles, thus preparing mission-ready Airmen for Great Power Competition. The distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant Puckett while serving her country reflect great credit upon herself and the United States Air Force.
