Enthusiastic Cycle Instructor with over 6 years of teaching experience! I just moved back to Seattle and I am eager to find my new fitness family and studio. I am committed to the physical and emotional well-being of class members and building long-lasting connections. And of course having fun because what's the point if we aren't having fun?!

Music is my love language, building playlists, and designing classes are my favorite things to do . Specializing in rhythm riding, class structure, and strength and conditioning programming! Always safely encouraging athletes of all backgrounds to challenge themselves.

If I am not at the studio you can find me lifting weights, trying a new local brewery, or figuring out how I can be cast for Survivor.
