  • Direct Oversight of Sales Development for all Sales Cast in the West Coast Region: Multi-Channel. This includes Disneyland Resort in California and the Aulani Resort in Hawaii. Currently a leader of approximately 70 Disney Vacation Club Sales Guides and Counselors, creating fun and magic along the way!
  • Sales Training Leader - Responsible for design and delivery of the company’s Sales Onboarding and Training programs. As a certified Counselor Sales Approach Navigator, I teach and implement the philosophy of empathy and credibility, compliance and regulation, process, sales acumen, sales tactics, strategy, sales execution, in-person sales, telesales, and the proficient use of Sales Force and technology in our everyday business.
  • Continuous Development: I create, train, and implement 'Good to Great' trainings for sales cast in California, Hawaii, and Florida using my experience of over 10 years in direct timeshare, Real Estate and Financial Services Sales, as well as current sales topics and techniques that apply to the cast base and their needs to take their sales skills and revenue production to the next level of improvement and execution.   • Sales Operation: Partner with channel leadership to execute a successful launch of sales for a brand-new resort tower called the Villas at the Disneyland Hotel. Exceeded weekly forecast for 21 straight weeks. Final results for FY23 ended in 91% above AOP.
  • Onboarding: Responsible for Onboarding every new Sales Counselor and Return-to-Work Counselor and teaching them our business, how to sell the membership, the strategy behind the sale, and how to execute time management, process, and organization in their role.
  • Lead Generation: contributed to the design of lead generation programs for sales interactions for our Guides, as well as constant customized Coaching based on the individual Guide’s needs to develop talent and foster salesmanship growth.

  • Direct to consumer sales role. A licensed Real Estate Professional at the Walt Disney Company with the sole purpose of producing revenue by selling the Disney Vacation Club Membership. I became effectively versatile in interacting with guests both in-person, and on the phone in a virtual sales environment, 'Welcoming them home' with a purchase of membership, delivering customized product knowledge information accurately, and creating impactful relationships with guests using the Counselor Sales Approach.
  • Accomplished Top Producer in Sales: Pre-Covid Pandemic I was #1 in sales for the Disneyland Channel in FY20, earning my way to Leadership Circle. When the Pandemic forced the Company to shut down, Disney Vacation Club revamped the business entirely, and in 2020 the business was re-launched with new processes and procedures for selling. I was called back from furlough first amongst the sales team based on my production revenue earning me that top spot.
  • In FY21 after returning to the new business model from the Covid Shutdown, I earned the #1 spot in sales again for the fiscal year, also being named a 'Super User' amongst the sales team, selling 6.1 M in revenue.
  • In FY22, my top performance in sales earned me the first spot on the West Coast to work on the Disney Cruise line as a Sales Guide, traveling from San Diego to Mexico welcoming guests home to membership, and building relationships with our guests, members, and cast partners. Sold 5 M in Revenue; Halfway through this year I was promoted to an M1 Sales Manager, effective immediately.

The event begins, continues, and ends based on the timeline I create, and execute throughout the day.
