Highly motivated and ambitious New York based writer with three years of production experience. I am interested in writing for television and although I have a preference for hour long dramas I am willing to join any project if the story has potential. In my own work I like to explore themes of ambitions, love (unrequited and requited), and authority. I enjoy incorporating comedy into my scenes rather than writing sketches as it most similar to my own lived experience of unexpected (and sometimes inconvenient) funny moments in day to day life. Some of my favorite shows include True Detective (Season 1), Fleabag, and Yellowjackets.
