- Taught one course of Response to Intervention (RTI) Literacy. In this class, students were on a computer program that helped them work towards a reading goal every week. The goal was to help students grow in their reading ability and become on grade level readers
- Middle school guided coalition team member. We met once a month and worked to better understand what a Professional Learning Community (PLC) was and how we could implement it into our departments and school. We organized focus groups to help with school culture, parent communication and discipline.
