FPS Restorative Practices Facilitators 

Advocated and secured funding for restorative practices facilitators at 6 secondary buildings to increase resources for students and staff as each building embarked on co-created implementation plans.

FPS Restorative Practices Playbook

Developed centralized resource to be utilized by teachers across Fargo Public Schools to help with the implementation of consistent Tier 1 restorative practices.

FPS Administrative Guide to Restorative Discipline

Collaborated with building administrations to create alternative discipline responses to common infractions at the middle school and high school levels.

FPS 1st Annual Social Emotional Learning Convening 

Coordinated, planned, and carried out North Dakota’s first Social Emotional Learning Convening with Dr. Tamara Uselman for 400 + Fargo Public Schools students, support staff, educators, administrators, college faculty, and community leaders.

FPS Exploring Educational Justice Course

Co-instructor for graduate credit bearing course for FPS professionals who sought to improve their knowledge around educational equity and educational justice.
