slow down the speed of traffic in a temporary traffic-control zone

Converse with colleagues and team members via two-way radios to

coordinate traffic flow

Conduct all traffic control and flagging activities at assigned location

and job site

Comply with safety rules and regulations on job site and flagging sites

to maintain the safety of the public, personnel, and workers

Attend weekly safety meetings and consistent use of personal protective

equipment

•

Interact with the public and motorists in a courteous and positive

manner.

• Verify working areas are in good working condition, making sure there is good housekeeping to avoid any hazards in working area
