Responsibilities include managing a caseload of clients within a home environment by providing in person supervision and support to numerous behavior technicians, conducting parent education sessions, creating interventions to reduce maladaptive behaviors, implemented science driven ABA practices, conducting client assessments (Vineland, VB-MAPP, etc) to assist with identifying client deficits, and completing reporting for all clients every 6 months to their respectively insurance carrier in a timely manner.
Responsibilities included managing a caseload of clients in both home and center based environments by providing Telehealth and in person supervision to support numerous behavior technicians, conducted parent coaching sessions, created effective interventions to reduce maladaptive behaviors, used science driven ABA practices and techniques to promote individualized medically and socially significant skills to each of my clients, conducted clinical meetings with parents and caregivers to review all clients progress, worked closely with other field related professionals (Speech, OT, etc.), conducted client assessments (Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.) to assist in identifying client deficit areas, and completed reports for each client every 6 month to their insurance provider in a timely manner.
Assisted the centers Operation Manager in the day to day operations within an ABA center based environment. Proficient in day to day scheduling adjustments for the clients and behavior technicians that were working within the center. Implemented and represented CARD policy enthusiastically. Coordinating and assisting with major and minor scheduling changes. Monitored client and staff cancellations in accordance to cancellation policies.
Responsibilities included working with clients on the Autism Spectrum and other related disorders in both home and center based environments using individualized behavior support plans and developmental standard designed by a BCBA with the goal of improving a client's way of life and basic life skills. Additionally, responsibilities included training new hires and maintaining the organization of data and confidentiality of clients.
