  • Updated charts throughout shifts with current, accurate information to maintain thorough documentation.
  • During my 3rd year at Avista Hospital, I became one of the Charge Nurses on our unit which included staff-patient assignments, acuity scoring, and assisted nurses with their assignments if needed.
