Accounts Receivable /Finance - New customer entries, payables, invoice revisions, mortgage oversight, past due collections, reporting, bank deposits - Prepared and mailed checks (this does include job breakdowns with Overhead and commission percentages) for sales reps and sub contractors - Maintain a weekly cash log Claims Estimator - Estimate creation and revisions for residential & commercial properties that include multiple trades (roofing, gutters, interior, fencing, etc)

• Realtor/Client referral follow-up: - Realtor Program Support - Registration, site or profile issues, open house requests for multiple different locations, data entry from homebuyers contracts and customer surveys - Contacting referred clients to offer them program incentives for our loan officers Marketing: - Social Media- Created content and maintained social media platforms for multiple different businesses within our company companions (3 home builders, 1 mortgage company, 1 realtor program, 1 radio company)
• Created ad campaigns and tracked demographics and analytics in order to create future advertisements for retargeting SEO Events (Realtor, Homebuyers, Trade Shows): - Illustrator- Creating promotional flyers, art content for social media and loan officer landing pages (Examples upon require) - Marketing for Events - Pre calling each event to RSVP guests, social media posting for engagement, handwritten thank you notes to homebuyers
