Hello, my name is Katrina Quintero. Over the past several years I have worked in retail/sales/inventory for Macys, Best Buy and Apple. In those roles I helped customers find solutions for their needs and used product knowledge and expertise to bring it all to life for them. I also contributed to the teams overall success in key roles on the inventory side of the business. I also worked in Parks and Recreation where I also assisted the public and organized several events at the park and recreation center. This consisted of sporting events for local schools along with birthday parties and other events. Our main objective was to deliver an amazing experience for anyone that visited our park. I worked as a Dispatcher/ 911 Calltaker where I received emergency and non emergency calls and dispatch them accordingly. I worked at Apple where I guided customers on which apple products would best fit their lifestyle. I also used technical skills to help them resolve any issues they had with their device or products as well as inventory counts. I'm currently working at Best Buy as a Digital Image Expert where I demo and sell Sony, Nikon, and Canon cameras.
