• August 2016-December 2020: Managed PSCs & IOPs throughout New York & New Jersey. Managed staffing, scheduling & payroll for 50-100 phlebotomists. Performed evaluations, retraining and implemented corrective action documentation when necessary. Onboarded & processed new employees, rehires, transfers and terminations. Monitored logs to verify specimen integrity including temperatures, humidity & decontamination of all testing sites. Performed all annual calibrations & inspections for each machine used in testing.

• Led the phlebotomy team & assisted the phlebotomy supervisor in daily activities & duties. Including coverage of PSCs & IOPs. Led phlebotomy trainings & competency documentations.
