  • Executive leadership of agile product/UX teams that have delivered millions in revenue through dormant patient outreach and reactivation, virtual health solutions for inpatient and ambulatory, online appointment scheduling, etc.
  • Lead teams in developing marketing and advertising strategies across 13 hospitals and a 47-county geographic footprint, including co-branding of strategic affiliations with organizations such as MD Anderson Cancer Network.
  • Responsible for guiding overall brand strategy/evolution/architecture, earning an unaided brand awareness 4x the nearest competitor.
  • Lead teams responsible for digital marketing (web/social/brand journalism), product development (virtual health/app), CRM, market insights and marketing performance analytics.
