Managing the Global Entertainment Engineering support function for project hardware and software purchase requsistions across multiple departments to deliver Hardware projects (Sky Glass), Software Apps (Sky Live) &(Sky Gaming) & Resource to support Global Products.


Researching with product teams to establish requirements and delivery roadmaps to forecast for hardware goods and software licences. Liasing with Supply chain to ensure minimal delivery impacts from overseas


Vendor & Supplier Management:
Negotiated supplier agreements alongside the head of Procurement, securing competitive pricing, volume discounts, and value-added services. Consolidated nine vendors into four, collaborating with procurement and legal to streamline operations and ensure favourable terms.



Oversaw the onboarding process for consultants across multiple vendors, ensuring compliance with evolving requirements. Directed a team of three, assigning administrative duties for onboarding Statements of Work (SOW), tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with project plans.



Managed purchase orders for hardware, software renewals, and test rack builds, collaborating across teams to support multi-testing environments. Led cost planning and supplier performance reviews to optimize budgets and forecast



Supported the Product Delivery Portfolio PMO Team in Global Product by working with key stakeholders to implement a delivery governance framework, providing visibility and transparency of reporting across projects and programs

  • Implemented a Governance Framework by successfully onboarding 80 + projects via Smartsheet (PPM tool) and rolled out a standardisation of RAID logs by guiding project managers and providing advice and training leading to a 25% increase in project delivery efficiency
