Moving into entrepreneurship and Business Development Katy started her own corporate wellness company, then was asked to be Vice President of VT Corporate Wellness, in addition 4 years as an Independent Business Development Consultant and marketing for (Keane Consulting, LLC) primarily in Personal Injury, Worker's Comp with surgeons, PCPS', FP, Pain Management Docs. This lead to Business Development opportunities with WC and PI attorneys and overseeing multiple events, and a position in BD for VNG (videonystagmography) which targeted the MVA/TBI patients and PI attorneys.
As Sr. Regional Director of Business Development at MiCARE Network, Katy was responsible for supervision and leadership for programs devoted to the welfare of patients, and coordinated care and communications with the network of providers and physicians in Arizona while helping create an environment of consistent high quality of care, improving and executing standardized practices, and streamlining internal communication and processes for the executive team in Utah. In addition, establishing community referral entities, social support resources to improve and expand the scope of services and partnerships available through community referrals.
