Hi, I'm Katya.
This space is where I’m a little less formal than my resume and cover letter.
I’m early in my career, and I’m very honest about that — but I take growth seriously. I’ve learned most by being dropped into fast-moving environments, figuring things out as I go, and taking responsibility for the work in front of me. I don’t shy away from tasks I haven’t done before; I pay attention, ask the right questions, and learn quickly.
I care about doing things well, not just checking boxes. I like understanding how my work fits into the bigger picture and how I can make things run more smoothly for the people around me.
If you’re curious or want to learn more about me and my work, feel free to contact me - I swear I don't bite!
1. How I think about work
I believe good work comes from reliability, curiosity, and follow-through. I try to be someone others can count on — organized, communicative, and steady, even when things move fast.
I’m not someone who needs constant direction, but I do value feedback and learning from people who’ve done things before. Over time, that mindset has helped me develop confidence in my ability to take on new challenges and grow into responsibility.
2. What Motivates Me
I’m motivated by progress — learning something new, getting better at what I do, and contributing in ways that actually matter. I thrive on meeting new people, making friends at work, and being part of a team where people take ownership, support each other, and care about the quality of their work.
I’m someone who needs to feel challenged. Without growth, work starts to lose its meaning for me. I’m energized by learning, developing new skills, and steadily taking on more responsibility over time.
I’m especially drawn to environments where effort is noticed, curiosity is encouraged, and growth is earned.
3. What You’ll Notice If We Work Together
You’ll notice that I’m thoughtful, dependable, and engaged. I follow through, communicate clearly, and take pride in being someone others can rely on. I pay attention to details, but I also care about the bigger picture and the people involved.
I’m here to learn, contribute, and do work I’m proud of.
* Also, I have a talent for baking so I often suprise my coworkers with dessert
