As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy, I assisted pharmacists in providing safe and efficient patient care by processing prescription orders, preparing and dispensing medications, and maintaining accurate patient records. I worked directly with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve prescription and billing issues. Additionally, I managed inventory, stocked medications, processed deliveries, and helped maintain workflow efficiency in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
