• Encouraged athletes (mostly elementary school-aged) to cultivate strong work ethic by demonstrating diligence, patience and respect for others.
• Fostered confidence in physical abilities, love for moving the body, and camaraderie in young girls
• Maintained equipment and monitored/assisted athletes during practices to avoid injuries

• Fostered community by mentoring freshmen and new students, providing culturally enhancing activities to the school and community beyond through projects and initiatives combating social isolation and running a food drive
