Design of low power High-Speed CMOS circuit using hybrid power gating technique, Team Lead, This project involves the technology scaling to the nanometer regime the leakage power dominates the static and dynamic powers. This project mainly focuses on leakage power reduction techniques like stacking of MOSFETs, sleepy stacking, leakage control transistor technique, and sleepy keeper leakage control transistor technique, etc. The proposed hybrid technique proves to be better in terms of parameters related to area, power, and delay.
