  • Company Overview: I initially started working with this company at Jjanga Steak and Sushi in 2021. This is where my server training began, and I quickly excelled. After about 8 months I was the 'Head Server' and a key holder, supervising the evening/closing shifts. After about a year and a half, I transferred to another restaurant within the company (Nalsso @ Sunset). I maintained the 'Head Server' position and worked hard to improve efficiency of operations. I was then promoted and claimed the title 'Assistant Manager' just before the restaurant rebranded (Mura BBQ Southwest).
