  • Started as a receptionist for the company which consisted of having a great customer service attitude, scheduling appointments for clients, multitasking, and working in a fast paced environment.
  • In 2020 I was then promoted to different management positions that grew my responsibilities such as leadership, coaching, scheduling employees, hiring and firing, learning Microsoft outlook, excel, word, and powerpoint, then ended up becoming a District Manager.
  • Once I became a district manager my responsibilities consisted of coaching and developing the store general managers on how to lead their teams into success both individually and store wide.
  • Supervised and conducted all matters within my locations including store evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, firing, marketing, and recruiting.
  • Conducted motivational monthly meetings with general managers and their staff to discuss previous month sales vs upcoming month sales goals, and to support the team to drive growth and productivity.
  • Developed plans with my direct report to increase locations sales, reduce costs by budgeting correctly, and ordering store needs in an organized way.
  • Kept track of inventory in each store using our inventory sheet to keep things running smoothly so that the staff and customers always had what we offered.
  • When needed I supported all locations in the surrounding area outside of my 3 stores which consisted of alleviating any issues if any in the location, submitting weekly and monthly orders for the numerous locations, and coaching any general managers who need guidance.
  • Directed weekly training calls for new managers on Microsoft teams, and spoke at quarterly summits to train new and experienced franchise owners on ideas how to help make their locations more successful
  • Coordinated store grand openings which consisted of watching over construction, passing inspections, onboarding new employees, going over our company handbook, training services, and making sure the opening runs smoothly.
